I am a recent graduate of Ohio University with a major in Biological Sciences and a minor in Psychology; I am currently taking a gap year before applying to medical school with the hopes of pursing a career in Pediatrics. In the past I worked as a Lead Lifeguard at an outdoor pool and a swim lessons instructor for four years - I have been trained in CPR and first aid and have experience working with children of all ages. I have also worked as a counselor at a day/overnight camp for children with special needs for 3 weeks during my summer breaks; I have been a counselor for three years now. I love working with children and cannot wait to expand on my experience!
