I’m a recent college grad of OSU with a degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Integrative Approaches to Health and Wellness. Although I do not have paid experience in child care, I do have two nieces ages 4 and 6 that I have babysat for since they were babies. I’m currently working full-time as a Medical Assistant at Linscott Family practice and am free to babysit most evenings from 5 pm onwards and weekends as needed. I’m experienced in homework help, meal prep, and bed time preparation and I have my own car. I’m energetic, patient, and comfortable with all personalities. Hi! My name is Sydney I’m 24, I’ve worked in childcare for 3 and half years. I’m currently taking college classes and unfortunately had to part ways with the childcare center I was working at. It’s only been a few months and I miss it like crazy. Taking care of the children and watching them grow, learn and being able to be that teacher for them was such an amazing feeling and I would like to continue in that. I figured with my curtain availability babysitting would be the best option! I primarily worked with toddlers of a potty training age, that was my classroom, the potty training classroom! So I’m 100% willing to help with any potty training as well as tips for the parents. Although I mostly worked with the toddlers I was often out and about in every different age classroom helping the teachers and students whenever I could.
