Interviewed and agreed to a start date. In the days leading up to the start date, I attempted on multiple occasions to set up a time to go over schedules and routines. She never responded to any text messages even up until the evening before her start date. Then, at 3am, just 4 hours before her supposed start time, she finally responds back saying she can no longer come in because she didn't want to work full time anymore. This left us with absolutely no care, as we ended our nanny search for her. Terribly unprofessional and disappointing.
