If I could give zero star here I would. Mackenzie messaged me every day and we chatted quite a bit, even made arrangement to do a interview and all! She gave us such hopes that she was going to be the perfect fit for our family! I felt so good about her that I did the enhanced background check. WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED. When the day came for her to come meet us all, she totally ignored all my text. I still haven't received a message or anything from her. So sad to be so excited and then let down. Just be cautious not to get too excited if you think about hiring her.
