Hello! My name is Caitlin and I have been a nanny/ babysitter for 13 years. The first and longest family I cared for began with two young boys (one on the autism spectrum) and now has 2 more. Little girls! Now the children are old enough to watch themselves (my how time flies!). Also, I lived in Ireland as an au pair for three children ages 1,3, and 4 for six months. I am a yoga teacher and love practicing "kids" yoga as a fun way to help teach self soothing skills such as breath work and that physical activity can make you feel good!
