I’m a mama of 3 girls; 13, 6 and almost 2 year old. I adopted my sister when she was 5 years old, she is my now 13 year old. My 2 year old was born at 24 weeks gestation and spent 145 days in the NICU. She weighed 1 pound and came home on oxygen and with a gtube feeding tube. So I am pretty familiar with some of the medical devices. She is only on the feeding tube currently. I have a worked in childcare a majority of my life between being a lead daycare teacher of many ages including infant to Pre-K, a paraprofessional substitute teacher for elementary schools and nannying/babysitting. I am looking to care for a little one for a few days a week so I have at least 1 day to get my 2 year old to her Nicu follow up appointments and therapies. My name is Maddy and I love kids. I’m 21, I have a car and a clean driving record, I never smoke and I love pets. I live in the Mt. Washington area. I enjoy doing nails, hair, baking, cooking, coloring, puzzles, video games, throwing the football, and kicking around a soccer ball. Over the summer I cared for a family with two girls, 6 and 8 years. I made lunch, helped them change their sheets weekly, and do their laundry. I also made dinner for the parents.
