Hello! I'm pretty new to professional child care but I've had plenty of experience in caring for my nieces and nephew. I have also worked at a daycare facility where I cared for a wide range of different ages. I'm looking for a nanny/babysitting job that I can work at as well to help me grow even more. I believe very strongly that children should be given tons of positive encouragement to help them grow strong self esteems and to allow them to have confidence in their abilities. I have a more nurturing perspective when it comes to child care. I think its so important to ensure that a child always feel that they are important and cared about so its of high priority to me that kindness and respect is taught and given.
