I have been a k-12/toddler teacher at a child development center in Oklahoma City for 4 years now and have also babysat for many families on and off since I was a freshman in high school! I am currently a senior at Csu Pueblo studying psychology with an emphasis on childhood development and holistic medicine and have always been very passionate about working with kids. I also an an intern at the Adverse Childhood Experiences School of Expression where I work with children at Heaton Middle School who are sent to our program as well as kids sent to us through the Pueblo Mentoring Collaborative doing art therapy and mindfulness practices. I have extensive experience in both child care and pre school teaching as well as extensive experience working with pets. I was a collegiate athlete at CSU Pueblo for 4 years (women's soccer) and actually won the RMAC championship in Spring 2021! Through the women's soccer program, I have had experience doing training sessions and running camps teaching youth soccer and exercise skills. I usually travel back home (to okc) for the summer but being a senior with an apartment here in pueblo and working a couple hours a week at my internship, staying in pueblo was the best option and I would love to find a job as a nanny/babysitter/pet sitter due to my experience and love for kids! I do have slight experience working with infants, but have much more experience working with toddlers and up!
