I started babysitting at 12 years old, (I am now 33, eek!). I have worked in healthcare for 18 years and have decided to take a break and do what I love, which is being with children. I love to read and play games and I have an 8 year old son that reads on a 6th grade reading level and is extremely smart who loves to help entertain the kids that I have watched in the past. I am flexible on $, I know how hard it is now days. I haven't kept kids for an income in years but I have kept friends kids anytime they needed a break or had plans. It says a lot to me when a friend, someone who knows you ask you to watch their kids. I would provide nutritional snacks and meals as well as lots of play and care. I have Read more my own very reliable source of transportation and can take the kids wherever is needed. I live on Ft Sill, only 1 block from Freedom Elementary School. I do prefer to keep kids at my home which is very clean and in great condition. I can do whatever hours or days you will need, as my spouse is a drill sergeant and has a very demanding schedule so its typically just my son and myself. I don't mind taking care of a sick child if their parents have to go to work, I know how to keep kids separate and wash my hands to protect everyone.
