Hi! I'm Becky. I'll try to keep this fairly short and sweet. I'll be happy to expand and answer any questions if you like what you see. I currently work for children & family services in Oklahoma, but will be moving back to the Jacksonville/Atlantic Beach area very soon. I'm going to school to be a child psychologist, but that's still a few years away. In the meantime I plan on loving & taking care of children because it's what I've always come back to throughout my life & career. I've been a live in nanny, a day time nanny, I've run a home daycare more than once, working with special needs children as well. I've worked in churches, homes, and daycares, and I have two children of my own. I have Christian based values, but I'm not all bible-thumper or anything. I love finding out what makes each child Read more different, teaching them to embrace their uniqueness with pride and confidence. I am also kind of a stickler for manners and kindness. I feel it is very important for parents/care givers to guide the children to be good people, not just look good on paper. Overall, I am fun, creative, pretty laid back, and all about teaching through every day life occurrences.
