I have been in childcare for 10+ years with a majority of that time working for families full time. I've worked with all ages from newborn to teens and love every age group! I also have experience with multiples. I practice Montessori and Positive discipline in my home with my 19-month-old daughter and hope to carry much of those ideals over with the families I work for. I find it's an incredible way to encourage independence and confidence for kids and babies. I love to do crafts and art projects and try to get outside for play at least once a day! My daughter went to work with me everyday with my last family I worked for and I am looking to keep her joining me during my work days.
