Hi! My name is Yierra Flemings and I’m a student-athlete at the University of Oklahoma where I run track. Being an athlete has taught me discipline, patience, and how to stay positive and energetic, which I love bringing when I work with kids. I grew up in a big family and as the oldest sibling I naturally took on a lot of responsibility helping take care of the younger kids, so being around children has always come naturally to me. I also worked at a daycare for a year where I helped with everything that needed to be done, from supervising and playing with the kids to helping with meals, cleaning, and keeping everyone safe and happy. I really enjoy working with children, I have a great personality, and I’m very patient and responsible. I also love dogs and am very comfortable being around pets.
