My experience as a gymnastics instructor for children ages 12 months to 13 years of age has helped me develop effective skills for working with children of all ages. During my time of working with Mommy and Me classes, I learned the importance of gross motor skills development in young children. As a basic gymnastics and tumbling instructor, I had the opportunity to develop relationships with my students as well as behavior management skills while teaching them the importance of safety. I feel the experience I gained at all levels will be instrumental in working with children as a nanny. I love children of all ages; I enjoy helping them learn while making learning fun.
