I am a high school graduate and have recently received my CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) in infant/toddler, after completing a 2 year child care course. Along with babysitting on the side, I was recently employed by the Boys and Girls Club where I ran after school programs for multiple age groups. Currently, I am employed at child center running a class in the Summer Care program. I am the teacher which are 5-7-year-olds. I have learned proper child development and how to educate children at an appropriate level and how to properly communicate which each age group, as well as becoming CPR/First Aid Certified. I am currently in college, working on obtaining my Associate in Early Care and Education.
