Hello! I have been a teacher for the past four years in Arizona and recently moved to Bend this past June. While teaching, I was known as the "renaissance teacher.” The subjects I’ve taught include 6th grade Art, 10th grade Economics, 11th grade Physics, ESS 12th grade Humane Letters, and 9th grade Geometry. Needless to say, I've taught students of various ages and personalities and loved every minute of it! My degree itself is in Economics and Mathematics. At the core of my love of teaching is a desire to thoughtfully and deeply relate to my students independent of their ages (my 6th graders and I had just as enlightening and meaningful conversations as my 10th graders!). I'm an artist in my free time and my preferred medium is watercolor; I like to dabble in anything creative!
