That personal, long-term involvement has been incredibly meaningful to me and is the same relationship I would wish for my own kiddos when introducing a new face into my home. While I’m no longer actively coaching, I spent over 10 years coaching and that experience really helped me build a strong connection and understanding of how to communicate, encourage, and support kids of all ages.
