Hi there I’m Alicia, but more formerly known as Ms. Ally to the little ones. I started babysitting for my biology teacher in high school’s 3 year old son, until I moved out of my hometown of Anchorage, AK for college at OSU. During my junior year of high school I became a swim instructor at a local pool and taught kids ages 3-13 how to swim. I was known as the “patient one” at the pool and was mainly teaching the 3-5 year olds. After moving to Corvallis, I began nannying summer and school year after school for a family with 4 kids ranging in ages 4-12. Though I’ve worked other part time jobs such as food service and working as a barista, my nannying and swim instructing jobs have been the most rewarding because I love kids and watching them learn and grow is amazing.
