I started nannying when I was nineteen when I moved to California. I began nannying for my cousins six month old. I was with them for a little over a year, then my cousin had another child and she decided that she wanted to be a stay at home mom; and I was no longer needed. From them I worked for the Fillmore family for their children who were one and 3 at the time. I worked with them for about two years. I then got offered a job as a Ministry Director back home and I took it. I worked that position for a while. Then the opportunity to work with the Johnson family came up. The families that I have worked with become my family. I keep in close contact with the families that I have been with. it is always an honor to be allowed to be a constant for their most prized people. It is the most important job. I adore children and always have, they are always so fun and the days are NEVER boring. Being able to watch children grow and see them become someone is the biggest privilege. I am someone who believes in being outside and crafting more than watching t.v. and being on screens. My style is very much centered around that. Finding new curriculums for their appropriate age and using those is very fun for me. I do my very best to teach children what they need and I also try my hardest to learn from them. I am very confident in my knowledge and know how when it comes to kids. I believe that being kind is always the option to take, and that showing love is among one of the most important things to give children.
