I have 7 years of experience working with kids ages 1-13 as well as some experience with infants! A couple random things I honestly love are running errands/grocery shopping and doing laundry. I understand life is unpredictable so I’m happy to provide sick care! The most kids I've watched at once not including playdates was 4 at a time and it was a blast. I would say that I am a very flexible and understanding person and am always happy to to grow and change with your family’s needs. I think it's very important to build a good relationship with the kid(s) and parent(s) so it's a nice experience for everyone. I love getting outside and playing and even going on day trips to explore! I am fully vaccinated and have my own car (with 7 seats) including two toddler car seats and a clean driving record! I enjoy time with kids so much, specially with little ones. I speak Spanish, English and basic French. Also, I am an outdoor person and I really love arts, specially singing! I used to be an AuPair in Beaverton for 1 year and 7 months. I watched three kids: a 10 months-old, a 3.5 years-old and a 5.5 years-old. I was in charge of waking them up, preparing meals, make sure they brush their teeth, preparing baby’s bottle, changing diapers, dropping off and picking up the older ones to school, takings them to the park to play, setting playdates with friends, to the library, potty training, teaching the little one to speak (I used to speak to him Spanish and he understood very well!) and to walk. It was an amazing experience! I left and dedicated myself to my career (I got a bachelors degree in Mass communication) around the world: Mexico, Venezuela and Spain. I just came back to the US and my previous host family received me to stay while I set everything up here. The younger kid is now 7 years-old! Before coming to Beaverton I spent a month in Chicago, since my sister lives there and I took care of 2 siblings: a 3 years old girl and a 8 years old boy. I can give you references and my resume. Hello! I absolutely love children of all ages. In high school and college, I baby sat children from a few weeks old to 12 years. I have worked with a lot of multiple-children families and am comfortable with multi-tasking.     I love active play as well as doing art projects and baking with the children that I am caring for. I don’t believe that you are paying me to watch your children watch television, so I try to make sure we are always doing some sort of activity. I have tutored children in many subjects and if your kids are school-aged, their homework is a priority of mine.   I speak Spanish at a conversational level and am always up for teaching kids some basic Spanish while I am with them. My first ever job was babysitting when I was in the 8th grade and I did that for four years and then since then I have been on and off babysitting for family and family friends, I am now a senior in college majoring in health sciences. I genuinely love babysitting and hanging out with kids. I am very responsible, I can do light housework, cook simple meals/meal prep, help with schoolwork/homework, and run errands.
