I have several years of experience working with children of varying ages and developmental stages, both as a regular caregiver for families in private homes, and most recently in a childcare facility setting caring for larger groups of children from ages 2 to 12. I love working with children, and I am very attentive to their physical, social, mental, and emotional needs. I encourage educational and learning activities, especially those promoting creativity and literacy. I know how to be firm in a loving manner, and creatively encourage children in their activities and obligations.
