Hello! I am an experienced child care provider. I have 7 younger siblings that I have watched on my own since I was 13. My mom has also ran a daycare that I have helped with. But on top of that I have worked in a preschool for 3 years as a teacher, and done lots of caregiving for the elderly and other children! I have experience working in a cleaning company as well so I can do your household chores with ease :)

I have been a nanny/babysitter for as long as I can remember! I absolutely love kids and teaching them fun new things and sports! Other then nannying I have coached volleyball for the past 8 years anywhere from 6th grade to High School Varsity. I have my bachelors degree in Psychology with a specialization in child development and after that plans of getting a Master in mental health counseling for school aged kids! I have extensive infant/toddler/kid experience as it has been my job for the past few years! I have done things from “shorter" jobs such as date nights and giving rides to places, all the way up to overnights where I spent the entire week with three boys while their parents were out of the country. My past experiences make me very versatile so I am open to anything that you might need help with from young kiddos needing bottle feeding, sleep training, food transitioning, potty training, etc. And for older kids I’m happy to give homework help, create and implement structured days, prepare meals, and clean up. A couple random things I honestly love are running errands/grocery shopping and doing laundry. I understand life is unpredictable so I’m happy to provide sick care! The most kids I've watched at once not including playdates was 4 at a time and it was a blast. I would say that I am a very flexible and understanding person and am always happy to to grow and change with your family’s needs. I think it's very important to build a good relationship with the kid(s) and parent(s) so it's a nice experience for everyone. I love getting outside and playing and even going on day trips to explore! I am fully vaccinated and have my own car (with 7 seats) including two toddler car seats and a clean driving record! I am an all around loving woman who loves to be of any help. I have been working with children all my life and have been babysitting since I was 13. I studied early childhood development at Portland Community College before moving on to Northwest Nannies where I became a certified professional nanny. i have work experience in a certified home daycare where I helped care for 12 children four of which were under 2. I was in charge of waking them up, preparing meals, make sure they brush their teeth, preparing baby’s bottle, changing diapers, dropping off and picking up the older ones to school, takings them to the park to play, setting playdates with friends, to the library, potty training, teaching the little one to speak (I used to speak to him Spanish and he understood very well!) and to walk. It was an amazing experience! I left and dedicated myself to my career (I got a bachelors degree in Mass communication) around the world: Mexico, Venezuela and Spain. I just came back to the US and my previous host family received me to stay while I set everything up here. The younger kid is now 7 years-old! Before coming to Beaverton I spent a month in Chicago, since my sister lives there and I took care of 2 siblings: a 3 years old girl and a 8 years old boy. I can give you references and my resume.
