Hello, I'm Lirit, but most people call me Feathers. I am a fun-loving, creative, 22 year old who loves working with kids. I grew up in a big family; there were 8 kids, so I was never lonely. I started taking care of children outside of my family when I was 11, and have since been an AuPair living in New Zealand with 3 amazing children ages 0-9. I love to cook, and organize. Getting down on the floor to be in the mess with the kids is my favorite thing. I believe more in positive reinforcement than negative consequences, and I make it a goal to be the kind of person that any child can feel confident and comfortable talking to.
