I received my bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies Elementary Education at Humboldt State University in 2006. I originally intended to become an elementary school teacher but fell in love with working after school because I was able to teach children as well as really be able to connect with families. My husband Eric and I moved to the Portland area almost 4 years ago. We have since had 2 beautiful boys, Henry 3 and Theo 18 months. We bought a house in Oregon City last summer and we are really enjoying getting to know the community. I am currently staying at home with my 2 boys but I miss working. I hope to be able to find a way to do both.
