am an experienced nanny, teacher and mother looking for a family who is interested in joining our pod this summer. Prior to becoming a parent, I worked with two families (one starting at 15 months, one at 2.5) to provide consistent care for their children. I’ve also worked as a kindergarten teacher in a waldorf classroom and have 10+ year’s experience as an outdoor educator. I also have a BA in education. I love engaging children in “real life” activities like cooking, gardening and other daily life activities as well as giving ample time for free play/exploration. My philosophy most closely resembles the RIE parenting method and attachment parenting. I hold firm, loving boundaries and keep kids under my care on a consistent rhythm. I have a very social and friendly 3 year old and 3 month old.
