I worked all through college at my campuses daycare, Moss Street, that is intended for teacher's and student's children. I worked with with 2 and 3 year olds during the school year and during the Summer I planned art curriculums for grade school age children. I recieved all of my CPR and First Aid trainings. I also attended weekly trainings at the DayCare in child behavior and development. Working at Moss Street enhanced my skills in childcare. I learned how to better engage children and gained practical skills in care giving. Being a babysitter brings great joy to my life. Spending time with children of all ages and setting up creative activities is so fun for me! I not only handle the childcare aspect of sitting but I also am a home maker type who enjoys cooking and cleaning up.

The childcare we arranged for our wedding reception/brunch fell through at the last minute, but Kelly was on it! She showed up with a bag of tricks to entertain the little ones, who ranged in age from toddlers to 5th grade, and the childcare corner was hopping and happy the whole time. She and the other person we hired also pitched in with some last-minute set-up needs -- very happy, would recommend her enthusiastically.
