I love kids. Our three are grown now. And I now have a grandchild! I love being useful to parents and love to have fun with kids who need some tender nurturing while their Mom and Dad are away. We raised our kids in the big woods of Michigan in a little log cabin. We gardened in summer and heated with wood in winter. We read a lot of books and played a lot of games. We had goats, ducks and chickens as well as bunnies, dogs and cats. I think children need to be around nature to learn about life. I interact with children honestly and respectfully. I have taught parenting classes, as well as homeschooled my children until high school. I was a nanny before having my own children and enjoyed it immensely.
