I've enjoyed being a nanny and babysitter on and off for over 10 years between school and jobs. I was a full-time nanny for 2 years to two wonderful and smart girls ages 7 and 9. Have cared for multiple children ages 7 months-13 years old overnight and full-time for periods in excess of a week while their parents traveled. In addition to child care, I also house and animal sit. I love dogs! Helping children feel I am a part of their home, not just a fun person stopping by is important. I'm great at multitasking and have no issues with healthy cooking, laundry, cleaning, and providing transportation between adventures outside the home (Safe driver!). My career is in museums and outdoor interpretation. My focus being on hands-on education programs for children. As a result, I love engaging the kiddos I care for in fun projects, reading, music and Read more games. I'm currently looking for short-term nanny gigs here and there for a wonderful little one or two with a family that I really get a long with while I'm pursuing more permanent employment. :)
