Hello! I'm a mother of two (one of whom is the share) looking for one child to nanny in the Portland/Beaverton area. My children are ages 11-years and almost two-years-old, and are both girls. Before having my own children, I worked at an in-home daycare, and daycare center. Once my oldest was born, I nannied for a family. Now that my youngest is older, I'm looking to go back to work. I have always enjoyed being around, and caring for, children. As a teen, I volunteered for my local MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group. I babysat for friends, family, and referrals on nights and weekends. I wanted to be a teacher when I was a child. (Life took me in a different direction, however.) In my younger years I worked in child care before turning to a different industry, between staying at home with my own children. We moved to Read more the area in October of 2015 from Maryland. Once we are able, I hope to open my own small, in-home daycare. I live in NW Portland (Washington County), but frequent all areas nearby.
