My name is Carly Cottle and I recently moved to Portland from Las Vegas, where I was born and raised. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2016 with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. After teaching abroad in Ireland for 4 months, I returned to Las Vegas and taught second grade at a Title I school. I have always believed teaching and working with children to be my greatest passion in life. It is enrooted in who I am and I cannot imagine following any other career path. Before and after becoming a teacher, I was fortunate enough to be a nanny for two wonderful families in Las Vegas. During that time, I provided the children with a positive, safe, and caring environment. I also built lifelong relationships with the children I cared for, as well as their parents. Because I am new to Portland and Read more will not begin teaching until the Fall, I am seeking a family who needs a nanny throughout the summer.
