Hi there! I recently have moved to Portland to start my adult life. I was born and raised in North Idaho, and I was compelled to seek out the changes of pace that you find with city life. In Idaho I was working as a nanny, camp counselor, and teaching assistant for three and half years. I was a nanny to a one year old girl for 6 months while her family was newly getting settled into their life. I worked at the North Idaho College as a teaching assistant in the Infant room for a semester of school. And, I worked at a day camp for two years with children ranging from 4-13 years old. I am CPR/ First aid certified and I do have my Associate’ s in general liberal arts. I am a creative person who will be going back to school next fall as a music Read more major to pursue music therapy as a career. I am confident I can offer you and your family a safe, positive, and exciting experience. I truly love children and all they have to offer the world. I love to be able to understand, learn, and grow with them in this process. Thank you for your time! I’m looking forward to your response. Tyler Heick
