Hi there! My name is Josephine. My pronouns are she/her, or they/them. I'm an Oregon native with over 3+ of professional experience in childcare. I've worked as a special education assistant, skills trainer, nanny, babysitter; I'm a jack of all trades. I am passionate about education and celebrating your child's individual strengths. My goal is to create a strong, long lasting connection with your family. I experience the most joy in my profession from being a caregiver, and mentor: what can we teach each other? Special education/care is a particular strength of mine. As someone who is neurodivergent, working with neurodivergent kiddos is so fulfilling! I have a strong foundational understanding of American Sign Language (I use sign to communicate as well!) and feel very comfortable with non-verbal forms of communication. Let's have a conversation about your specific needs, and how I can best serve you.
