I worked with the lead coach of the class to supervise children, demonstrate acrobatic skills, and properly correct their form and support them in every way possible to create a safe and welcoming space. I ensured every child felt supported and was having fun. I consistently communicated instructions in a kind and fun manner and I was responsible for keeping the studio space clean. Whenever a student was having a hard time, I quickly noticed and made sure to communicate with them to see what needs were not being met and then I would meet those needs through talking with them or tailoring the curriculum to better satisfy their needs.
