I love working with kids of all ages! I started babysitting when I was a teenager, worked as a camp counselor for middle school aged kids. After graduating with my bachelor's degree, at the Evergreen State College I worked for YMCA before & after school care providing supervised care for middle school aged kids. I have a 12-year-old daughter myself, so I know the struggle of finding high quality reliable childcare. I am current BLS, First Aid, AED & Infant CPR certified. I have spent my professional career as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) as well as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). I have excellent active communication skills, descalation skills, working with populations and age groups. I have a very reliable & safe vehicle, as well as a clean driving record. I am fully up to date in all required vaccinations, including seasonal flu & COVID. With my additional medical Read more training this gives me unique qualifications to be able to properly administer medications as well being able to respond to medical emergencies. In my free time I enjoy exploring the beauty of the PNW, cooking projects, watercolor painting, spending time with my husband & daughter.
