Lhamo has been our nanny for the last 4 years and we love having her. She is very good with both kids and especially good with babies and toddlers. She is very creative in her play with the children, having them use their imaginations. She is very kind and nurturing and the children love her. She focuses on them, playing with them at the park. feeding them healthy snacks and making sure they keep their routines. Lhamo also loves being outdoors and takes the kids outside every day, rain or shine. She helped us immensely over the years, helping us with sleep schedules, creating routines and even potty training. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, I would say Lhamo has met that criteria. We would highly recommend Lhamo for your family.

Lhamo has provided babysitting/nannying services to my family over many years now, from the time my younger child was a toddler. My kids really enjoy Llamo and Llamo's kids, who are the most charming and well-behaved children around.... a real testament to Llamo's skills in developing young minds. Llamo's years of experience mean she can easily manage the tasks of baby-care and more, in a drama-free, stress-free manner. I also highly value the Mandarin exposure she has provided to my children. I have nothing but good things to say.

Lhamo is a caring and fun playmate. With our 1-3 year old, she got him active daily, fed him very well, and got him down to nap. They played and laughed together constantly, and she encouraged creative thinking and playing daily. As a parent with anxiety, I am never worried about his safety or well-being when Lhamo is around. Additionally, she is punctual and committed. We thank her and feel we've been blessed to have her as part of our family. She is better than "5 stars, Great". I think she is undoubtedly the best caregiver a family with young children could hope for.

Our family has known Lhamo for over 7 years. She has nannied our children from infants into big kid stage. They adore her and her family, and she continues to babysit for us when needed as she is a beloved person in our sons’ lives. In every manner conceivable Lhamo is an exceptional nanny. She is on time, hard working and was very nurturing to young children, from infancy to toddlerhood. As our nanny she was committed to the safety of our boys, a cautious and conscientious care taker we always felt our children were given meticulous care and attention. She is very capable of educating children and for those who want to expose their kids to Mandarin or Tibetan language, a willing teacher. When needed she provided wonderful meals, kept our home clean and tidy and prioritized the total well-being of our family well above her own. She is one of the most kind people we have ever met. Her presence brought a calm and tranquility into our rather chaotic environment. Our children found in her a great model for themselves and her peaceful loving nature influenced them beyond what can be expressed in words. We love Lhamo and couldn’t be more lucky to have her in our lives.
