Hi there! I am looking to start a nanny service in my own home here in NW Salem. I have an amazing daylight basement that I will be turning into a fun learning space for your kiddos! I'd like to see how many families would be interested in this! I have 7+ years of early child care experience, working as a preschool/Pre-K teacher as well as working with kindergartners through 4th grade in an after school program. I have also nannied during this time as well! I will be offering partial/full day, drop ins and the occasional date nights! I will be keeping the group of kiddos small and following 1:4 ratio. My own daughter will be included in that ratio! I will be offering more than the typical nanny. Just a few examples I can offer; kid friendly cooking activities, painting and crafts, nature walks, outdoor play structure, standard Read more reading/writing activities (based on age), some Spanish speaking activities, educational games, homework help, and much more! I am also a huge believer in play-based learning. I love getting creative and I am excited to establish an environment for kids to use their creativity as well. Building relationships with parents/families is something that is very important to me. I always want to be on the same page as the parents, and work along side them in any circumstance.
