Cortney was warm, down to earth, real, and I can tell that off the bat. She was also very comfortable and meeting / talking with her felt very easy and we hit it off immediately. She has a great background with dancing and recreational management that will come in handy with kids and planning activities. We went through a rigorous interview process together but we found out that we are a great fit for one another and Cortney will be starting with us in July 2014 for a long term permanent position.
