I babysat for two families in high school, but since then I have been working mainly in healthcare as a caregiver and mentor. I am preparing to go back to school, one night a week, so I am looking for a job to compliment my new workload. I have been CPR and First Aid certified since 2007. I worked heavily with adults, and now children, who have physical and intellectual disabilities, including autism. I was an honors student in high school and had a high QPA in college, tutoring in both capacities, so I can help with homework, etc. In the last 2 years my work was mainly to provide bathing, feeding, changing, medication, socialization, activities, and housekeeping to the people I served. I also can handle and have experienced many sudden medical issues, like seizures. I am a long time cat owner, and all around pet lover, so if Read more furry friends are a part of the home, I welcome this!
