I come from a big family growing up with 7 other siblings in the household. I'm the oldest daughter of 5 other siblings. Being the oldest daughter came with a lot of responsibilities. Growing up throughout the years I spent those periods being the surrogate parent to my younger siblings, always being on call for my mother 24/7/365. Watching over kids started when I would do little babysitting jobs for my mothers friends, while they worked or went out, and that's when I knew I was good with kids, and loved being around them. I am First Aid and CPR certified, I also took 2 Childhood Development classes in 10th and 11th grade. Life with children can be unpredictable and I know I'm able to adapt to the situations they face. Kids notice the way you act, they pick up on the words you say, etc. and I feel as though you should need to be a person that can show them how to have the upmost respect for others so they aren’t being taught the wrong thing.

I'm a college student majoring in finance, but one of my biggest passions outside of school is working with kids.
