I am a professional yoga, meditation, and ayurveda teacher dedicated to supporting people to live their healthiest, most vibrant lives. Prior to becoming a yoga teacher, I taught children from ages 4-18 English in Istanbul, Turkey. I also worked as a babysitter as one of my first jobs. I love being around children. As much as my role as a caregiver is to make sure that they are always safe and cared for, I also see children as teachers, and I respect their personal expression.
