Had an interview with Autumn and then proceeded to run a background check to hire which she agreed to. That came back within a day and when it was time to actually set a start date, she backed out. While all her references were good the one common thing throughout they all said was she could do more (was offered FT by a couple of folks) and chooses not to. This would be a classic example of that. If you want a chauffeur for your kids maybe that will be fine but care of your kids, doesn't seem committed to performing that job full time.
