My name is Stephanie and I'm going to be 27 in March. My degree is in Early Childhood Education and I love working with/teaching young children. I'm very patient when it comes to working with, and caring for young children, and I love to make learning fun. I'm flexible with my time and adjust to the needs of children appropriately. For a year and half, I obtained an Older Toddler Lead Teacher position, focusing on developmental learning, play, and of course potty training. In the time I was there, I also worked and interacted with the infant room, Young toddlers (1-2 year olds), was the temporary lead teacher for Pre-school, and assisted with the after-school aged children where I checked/helped with homework. I have a passion for working with young children and teaching them, and my main priority is caring for children in a safe and healthy environment. I have worked in the Cheerleading Industry going on my 10th year, and have coached and worked with children from the ages of 3-collegiate level athletes ( I'm a good combination of energetic and calm, and I'm very go with the flow when plans change as needed). I was also the head coach for our special needs team for 2 years.
