We were delighted of the first test day with Kristi, everything was great. However when we decided to go on with her and agreed upon the first day she didn't visit us at the first day - a battery in her car got dead, next day she was not able to reach during three hours due to traffic jam and google has sent her in a wrong direction. During that day we had to text her, not she kept us informed. It was quite nervous and unpleasant because I and my wife - we both are full time employees and we had to cope with our son by our own. To my last text message she hasn't responded during three days... silence.
