I am a single mom of a 17 year-old girl and a 15 year-old boy. I love children and originally attended school for Early Childhood Education before realizing my true calling in the bakery business. As much as I love working as a baker and cake decorator, my love of children has me looking for more. I feel that my expertise is in caring for newborns and infants but am just as comfortable with older children too. My experience is evident in my two happy children.
