I really love working with children because you get to be a part of such detrimental parts of their lives, and you really get to see them grow into who they're going to be! I believe in an appropriate mix of fun and discipline when watching children. It is important to go out and do things in the community, so the children are gaining new experiences and always learning. Of course all while enforcing all reasonable rules. I am currently a full time Graduate student in the Philadelphia area, studying for my masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology. eventually I plan to pursue my PhD, and contribute more research to stress in the workplace issues. As you can see, learning is the most important thing to me, and I believe children should always be learning as well. I'm comfortable helping children with their school assighnments, and really helping them understand challenges Read more in school. I worked all through high school and college at a local amusement park, ensuring children's safety while in the park. This helped me learn what is appropriate for children of certain ages, and what is not. I also completed an unpaid summer internship at Children and Youth Services, working daily to fight for fair treatment of local children.
