Hi, I'm Caroline. I am 25 years old and have over 8 years of childcare experience. I graduated from college this past May with my degree in Social Work, and I am saving up for my Master's now. I have worked as a daycare assistant, a camp counselor, an intern at multiple elementary schools, and a full-time nanny. I most recently completed my third and most intensive internship at a nonprofit agency called the Western Youth Network where I received formal training on the best ways to handle situations with children to ensure their future happiness and success! About me: I'm a very open-minded, active, and creative person and a very open and honest communicator. I'm into nutrition and exercise and try to encourage healthy eating and time outdoors whenever possible!
