Hi there! My name in Laning McNeil. I am a 20 year old college student at Montgomery County Community College. I am located in Glenside PA. I have been watching children since I was about 13 years old, starting with Mothers Helper. I am an extremely outgoing bubbly personality. I do really well with structure and organization. When faced with a problem, I am cool and collected in order to find the appropriate solution. I have always adored working with children. Arts and crafts is one of my favorite things to do.
