I was a nanny for 4 years working with family sizes up to 4 children ages infant to age 13. I was responsible for all things concerning the children: meal prep and feeding, transportation of children from school and all activities, bathing, diaper changing and potty training, nap time and putting children to bed. I also was very active with the kids through going to the local parks, swimming, going to amusement parks or whatever was on the agenda for the week. Some of the families I was used on an as need basis all the way to being a live in nanny. I was also responsible for light housework such as clean up after meals or play time, dishes, and laundry. Depending on the family they also hired me separately to do housework cleaning. I enjoyed playing games with the kids, being active outside, and also reading and teaching Read more the children. I also have many years of babysitting experience as I started watching children at the age of 10. I also have worked in a day care before as a part time work/fill in. I have also worked with youth while serving as a youth group leader. I recently went to Haiti on a missions trip and had lots of time to just love on the children in Haiti.
