Hello, my name is Jamie. I am a 23 year old graduate from Lock Haven University (B.S. Psychology) and am currently looking for graduate programs for my Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I moved to Pottstown, Pa with my significant other in September 2019 and since I want to start my Masters and with COVID 19 loose, I’m trying to find babysitting jobs to get consistent full time hours. I have lots of experience working with children of all ages, from infancy to school age. I have two nephews (5 & 8 years old) and one niece (1 year old). I also have experience with premature infants as both of my nephews were preemies. During my undergraduate studies, I worked at 2 different Preschool/Daycare centers, again working with infants to school age. I currently work as a TSS (Therapeutic Support Staff) with one client who is 4 years old and Read more is diagnosed with Autism. I’ve been with my current company for almost a year (Will be leaving once I secure a new position) and have also worked with a variety of different mental health disorders at the Preschool/Daycares. I absolutely adore children and love working with them day in and day out. I am certified in CPR for children of all ages. I have all updated clearances and references from my previous and current job. I know how to cook, clean, and fold laundry and would not mind completing any of these tasks. I love to be outdoors on those nice days and love coming up with fun activities to do and games to play. Even though it is currently summer, I’m all about making sure the kids are still learning and they usually are having so much fun they don’t even realize it!
