I am an awesome nanny! I love babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and kids in general. I have 30 years of experience working with children. I recently retired from school nursing as an RN. I have experience with the special needs population. I’ve worked with kids on the spectrum and children with social and emotional needs. I have also worked with medically fragile children and teens. Early in my career I ran a day care from my home. Schedules are important to me. Keeping accurate notes/records on the little ones is very important. Routines are critical to maintaining consistency with children. I enjoy reading books and playing music while caring for children. Physical exercise/activity is also incorporated into the day.
