Hello! Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I am a recent Ohio State University graduate working at the James Cancer Hospital as a PCA in the Emergency Department. I assist patients with daily living tasks, perform blood drawls and facilitate care as directed by a nurse. My ultimate goal is to become a physician assistant. I grew up working in the church nursery and served as a camp counselor for Butler Springs camp for 5 years. I babysat throughout high school and coming into college I used my passion for working with kids to help run a philanthropy benefiting Nationwide Children's Hospital. Through the organization, I worked directly with kids who had experienced life-threatening illnesses. Additionally, I volunteered at both Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and Nationwide Children's Hospital. Working with children or adults as a care provider is extremely rewarding. I am CPR certified and am competent in First Aid care.
